Take a photo of your hair each month, starting with a photo before you started using Clean Slate.
Step 2: Use the Revive Conditioner / Mask daily
Make sure to apply Revive Conditioner / Mask every day, even if you skip the shampoo. Leaving it in your hair and scalp for a minimum 3-5 minutes each time.
Step 3: Stick to it for 150 days
Consistently use the Revive Conditioner / Mask over a 150-day period. This is the period in which the ingredients in our CS+ Complex showed noticeable results.

What products qualify for the guarantee?
Any Bundle or Set that includes the Revive Advanced Conditioner / Mask. Or orders including the Revive Advanced Conditioner / Mask itself.
How many orders in total can be refunded?
5 orders in total can be refunded. That is the maximum amount needed to use our Revive Conditioner as required during the trial period.
How should I document / take photos?
Take one photo per month beginning from before you started using Clean Slate. The photo should be taken from the same angle with similar lighting and same hair conditioner. If you take a photo of wet hair then all photos should be when your hair is wet.
How much or little is enough to make a claim?
Each case is reviewed individually to determine the results!
I have used Clean Slate for less than 150 days. Can I still get a refund?
If you used our Revive Conditioner for less than 150 days then you do not qualify for the gurantee.
Is there a deadline after the 150 days?
You can claim the guarantee a maximum of 60 days after the first 150 days of use.
