Where are CS products made?
Our products are formulated and manufactured in the United States.
Are CS products made to stop hair loss or create hair growth?
We’ve developed our products to drastically improve your overall hair & scalp health. No matter where you are in your hair care journey, our products are designed to help take you to the next level.
With that being said, our products are made with formulas that are science-backed and have proven results showing multiple benefits, including reducing hair loss & promoting hair growth, to name a few.
Are there any side effects?
Our products are not shown to have any adverse side effects, but it is essential to note that they may contain ingredients that have sensitizing properties and are not allergen-free. We encourage you to review the ingredients list before use to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
Will hair & scalp health improvements disappear if I stop using CS products?
Like most effective hair care products, once use of the products is discontinued, your hair & scalp may return to its previous state before using the products, and any progress achieved may gradually fade away.
To maintain and continue to see the benefits, it is recommended to use the products continuously as directed for as long as they are providing value to the user.
How do I use my products?
All of our products come with instructions for recommended product usage. Usage frequency will change based on the individual, their hair length/type, scalp type, etc.
We recommend you use our products in the same manner you have used any prior hair care routines. Our products work best when they are part of your hair care routine and used consistently.
Can CS products be used with other hair care products?
It is possible to use our products alongside other hair care products, they are made using ingredients that are EWG rated and safe for their intended use. They are also designed to work best together, however we realize that our customers will likely use them in combination with products from other brands and they are made with that in mind.
However we cannot definitely claim how they may interact with other products in terms of function, drug interactions, ingredients, or effects as the formulations of other brands' products is out of our purview. If you have any concerns, please consult a medical professional.
Are your fragrances natural or synthetic?
Our fragrances are carefully crafted using a blend of natural and synthetic compounds that are free of harmful chemicals like parabens and phthalates. We strive to create fragrances that are both safe and enjoyable, and many of our synthetic compounds are structurally identical to those found in nature.
We also use synthetic fragrance notes that have been modified from their natural counterparts, resulting in a more finely-tuned and unique fragrance experience for our customers.
Are CS ingredients safe & natural?
We pride ourselves on our formulations being extremely effective and safe for proper use - we achieve this by using a combination of natural ingredients, plant-based extracts, and scientifically engineered ingredients. Our products range between 80-95% natural.
While we do not claim to be 100% natural, our products are free of parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. In addition, all of our ingredients have an EWG score that is under 4, with the majority of our ingredients having a score that is under 2. Our top priority if the health and well-being of our customers.
Are CS products vegan & cruelty-free?
Our formulations are never tested on animals (on the contrary, we test everything ourselves), but please note that some of our products contain non-vegan ingredients like keratin, xanthan gum, and beeswax.

Are CS products gluten-free?
Many of our products contain hydrolyzed wheat protein. The process of hydrolysis removes the majority of the gluten content from this ingredient which means it is generally safe for use by individuals that have a gluten-sensitivity, especially for topical use. If you are unsure or have any concerns, please consult a medical professional.

Are CS products soy & tree nut free?
Our products are 80-95% natural and contain naturally derived ingredients and plant-based extracts. Some of the formulations have soy and tree nut ingredients like sweet almond oil, coconut oil, and argan oil. If you are unsure or have any concerns, please consult a medical professional.

What does Subscribe & Save offer?
A subscription is a hassle-free way to receive your favorite products on a regular basis, without having to go through the checkout process every time. You will also have a priority allocation on our inventory as orders go out.
By subscribing, you can enjoy a 15% discount on all orders, and you have the flexibility to adjust the frequency of your deliveries (the default is 30 days). You can cancel your subscription at any time.
You can easily manage your subscription through your customer account, where you can add or remove products, adjust the frequency of delivery to suit your needs, skip a delivery if you don't need more products yet, or change the delivery date.
Can I Manage My Subscription?
We want you to be in control of your subscription and provide you with flexibility to manage your orders. Through your account, you can:
1) Reschedule, speed up, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
2) Add, replace, or remove product(s) from your subscription.
3) Edit your address & payment details.
4) View upcoming and previous orders.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Once your order is placed, please give us 1-3 business days to process your order before shipping. We strive to deliver your order within the estimated shipping time frames below:
North American Orders: 4-6 days transit time
International Orders: 10-15 days transit time
What are your U.S. and Canadian shipping rates?
Canada: $9.95 CAD
United States: $7.95 USD
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can easily track your package. We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Depending on the shipping method you have chosen and your destination, your order should arrive within 4-6 days for North American orders, and 10-15 days for International orders.
Why was my free trial order cancelled?
Our free trial promotion can only be redeemed once by each customer. Redeeming our free trial promotion more than once is a violation of our free trial policy and will be charged in full subject to our standard subscription pricing or your order will be cancelled.
We take the integrity of our free trial policy seriously, as we believe in providing everyone with an opportunity to experience the benefits of our premium products.

Can an order be canceled or changed?
Change an order: After placing an order, changes can only be made until the order has been picked by our fulfillment team and a tracking number has been generated. Please note that a shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has been processed, which is different from the order confirmation email. Once the shipping confirmation email has been sent, it is no longer possible to make changes to the order.
Cancel an order: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you may return them in their original, resalable condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Do I need an account to order?
You can definitely check out as a guest without creating an account. However if you would like to manage your subscription or review your past orders, you will need to create an account with the same email address. We're always available to assist you with any questions or concerns about setting up an account.

If you have a subscription with us, you should receive an email prompting you to create a customer account. If you didn't receive one, make sure to create an account with the same email you used to place your subscription order so that you can access your subscription information. To do this, simply click on the "Create account" button and follow the prompts to create a new account using the same email address. It is crucial to use the exact same email address that you used to make the subscription purchase on our website.
