5 orders in total can be refunded. That is the minimum amount needed to use our Revive Conditioner as required during the trial period.
A minimum of 5 orders, that is the minimum amount needed to use the Revive Conditioner one a daily basis for 150 days.
Take one photo per month beginning from before you started using Clean Slate. The photo should be taken from the same angle with similar lighting and same hair conditioner. If you take a photo of wet hair then all photos should be when your hair is wet.

If you used our Revive Conditioner for less than 150 days then you do not qualify for the guarantee.
You can claim the guarantee a maximum of 60 days after the first 150 days of use.
